Privacy notice.

Updated 16 October 2026. This notice covers the Little Aussie Directories website at lad.net.au.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, optional phone number and message. If you select advertising options, we also receive your category, directory areas, ad size and booking term. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and discuss advertising with you. Your enquiry is stored privately and emailed to our sales team. We send a separate confirmation to the email address you provide. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list or reserve advertising space.

Storage and service providers

We use Microsoft Azure to host the website, store enquiry records and send email. Enquiry emails are also handled by the email services used by our team and by you. These providers process information to deliver those services. Enquiry records are not published on the website.

Technical information

Hosting and email services may record technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request details, errors and email delivery status. The form uses submission identifiers and rate limits to reduce duplicate enquiries and abuse. The website does not currently include advertising trackers or visitor analytics.

Access, corrections and deletion requests

Enquiry records are retained for follow-up and administration; they are not automatically deleted after a set period. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied, or to raise a privacy concern, please contact us using our enquiry form. We will consider your request and may need to confirm your identity or retain records for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Updates

We may update this notice when the website or our information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
